Due to a large volume of calls, if in case you are unable to reach us, you may SMS your Name & Contact Number and we would revert to you, at the earliest. Alternatively, you may chose to send across an e-mail to the relevant department, as per the nature of your query / concern. For further details, please refer to the "E-mail Support" section, below.

Please note that though we make every possible effort to revert to you, at the earliest, however the turn around time for response to both, an E-mail & a Voicemail is 24 to 48 hrs.

For example, all Customer Care queries / concerns are handled by the Customer Relations Department which can be reached at support@citibookers.com

You may contact the relevant department as per your query / concern and we will make sure to respond back to you within the standard time frame of (24 to 48 hrs). Please make sure that you send your queries / concerns to the appropriate department to ensure a prompt response. Any communication sent to the inappropriate department would cause unnecessary delays in response time.

However, if the matter was still not resolved to your satisfaction and you wish to pursue the matter further, you may then write to our 'DIRECTOR' at ceo@citibookers.com and the same would be responded to, at the earliest.

Please note that an escalation to the "DIRECTOR" can only be dealt for issue(s) / concern(s) not resolved by our Escalation-On-Demand Team and have been ongoing for more than 10 business days, of the same being reported to the relevant department. We apologize, however general complaints / feedback will not be dealt through this channel. We appreciate your understanding regarding the same.
